As a Naturopathic Doctor, I've  worked with thousands of women just like you over the past 10 years to help them reboot their thyroid.

I help women understand what's going on in their body then work with them to create a diet and lifestyle that helps support their thyroid and helps them feel good in their body rather than constantly fighting against it.

The Happy Thyroid Reboot is the culmination of the past 10 years of clinical practice. It's combines the 3 ingredients I've learned are key for making healthy habits last:

1. Knowledge about how your thyroid works

2. A plan you can actually follow (and enjoy!)

Week 1: Hydrate

Did you know that your liver and kidneys play 
a key role in activating your thyroid hormones?

In week 1, we'll talk all about how to properly hydrate your body for more energy, less brain fog and better digestion.

And answer questions, like "do I have to give up coffee?" 
(good news: the answer is no)

Week 2: Nourish

 This week we'll learn why the best thing you can do for your thyroid
 is say goodbye to dieting!

Instead you'll learn how to nourish your body for a 
happy thyroid, better energy and less cravings. 

We also cover trendy topics like intermittent fasting and the keto diet.

Week 3: Rest

If you want energy you can count on, you need to get good sleep.

This week we'll talk all about how to improve your sleep quality so you can wake up feeling rested, energized and ready to take on your day!

You'll also get access to our BONUS Masterclass with my friend and fellow ND Dr. Leigha Saunders, founder of The Hormone Sleep Fix.

Week 4: Move

Good news!  You don't have to own a gym membership 
or run a marathon to reboot your thyroid.

This week we'll talk about the importance of natural movement (aka not sitting on your bum all day) and what types of exercise works best for thyroid conditions.

What if I can't attend the live sessions?

All group calls will be recorded so you can watch sessions you miss. And you get lifetime access to the recordings so you can rewatch them as often as you want to.

What if I'm an introvert?

The program is designed to meet the needs of all connection styles. We have content that energizes the extroverts and we hold the space to support and nourish the needs of the introverts. It's win-win!

What if I don’t want to share?

There is no pressure to share at all. Although we have yet to meet a woman who didn’t love sharing… (true story), we promise to foster a safe space. Get ready to fill your cup and feel energized and supportive in our welcoming group.

Is this program covered by extended health benefits?

No. This is a group program where you will get lots of recommendations that you can personalize based on where you're at in your health journey. But, I will NOT be recommending any supplements or medications and we will not be engaged in a doctor-patient relationship.
